Funds are being used by the Wyoming County Community Corrections program to establish a standalone Youth Services Program and strengthen Day Report Center operations in Pineville. The project provides alternatives to incarceration through supervision, transportation, drug screening, counseling, and educational resources in partnership with local organizations and the Department of Human Services. By expanding facilities, adding staff, and improving equipment, the initiative empowers at-risk individuals, reduces recidivism, and enhances community safety.
