The Board of Directors meet quarterly – dates and times are subject to change.
The next scheduled Board meeting will be held on June 18, 2026 and will be available to the public virtually. Our in-person meeting space is limited and cannot accommodate all potential attendees. Virtual access ensures that all interested parties can observe the proceedings without space constraints and allows for smoother transitions should the Board need to enter Executive Session.
