Award Summary:
Funds are being used to expand the Hero House Men’s Program by increasing recovery housing capacity for men reentering the community after incarceration. This investment supports completion of a new 20-bed recovery facility, nearly tripling current capacity and addressing a critical shortage of structured, supportive housing. Resources fund interior construction, essential systems, furnishings, and equipment needed to create a safe, recovery-oriented living environment. By providing stable housing, peer support, and accountability, the initiative reduces recidivism and strengthens long-term recovery outcomes for men rebuilding their lives.
