Award Summary:
Funds are being used by the Resilience Collaborative, a program of the United Way of Harrison and Doddridge Counties, to strengthen its Street Outreach program in Clarksburg. The project adds licensed clinical and case management staff to deliver rapid, evidence-based interventions in partnership with the Clarksburg Police Department, connecting individuals in crisis to treatment, healthcare, housing, and supportive services. By expanding staff capacity and working directly at the street level, the initiative improves access to trauma-informed care, reduces barriers to recovery, and fosters long-term stability for vulnerable community members.
