Chief Marketing Officer

The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of the West Virginia First Foundation, Inc. will play a pivotal role in shaping the Foundation’s strategic direction and elevating its brand presence. The CMO will develop and oversee innovative marketing and communications strategies that align with the mission and goals of the Foundation across all units, driving long-term growth of awareness and image. This individual will be responsible for the creation of a consistent and impactful brand presence across all touchpoints through effective brand storytelling.

Chief Operating Officer

This position plays a pivotal role in the strategic direction and operational efficiency of the foundation. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the COO will lead and oversee various functions including strategy planning and execution, organizational development, sponsored program performance monitoring, budget adherence, operations and process management, program development and launch, as well as establishing and maintaining partner relationships.

Chief Financial Officer

This position plays a pivotal role in the strategic direction and operational efficiency of the foundation. The West Virginia First Foundation is seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The CFO will play a critical role in developing and implementing financial strategies that support our mission and ensure the Foundation’s long-term sustainability. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and a passion for driving impactful change.

Chief of Staff

The Chief of Staff will play a critical role in supporting the Foundation’s executive team, facilitating communication, and ensuring the implementation of strategic initiatives. This individual will act as a key advisor to the Foundation’s leadership, overseeing daily tasks, managing special projects, and coordinating between various departments and stakeholders.

Director of Support Operations – Deployment and Reporting

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Support Operations to lead and oversee initiatives aimed at mitigating opioid and SUD impacts. The Director will be responsible for applying the foundation’s mission, vision, and guiding principles to ensure effective support and successful outcomes for our awardees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a passion for non-profit work, and a commitment to using best practices and evidence-based approaches in SUD mitigation and recovery.
