Award Summary:
Funds are being used by Community Care of West Virginia to expand Youth Prevention efforts through the PAXIS Good Behavior Game, an evidence-based classroom intervention recognized by SAMHSA and the West Virginia Behavioral Health Clearinghouse. The project also strengthens CCWV’s school-based behavioral health program in Clay, Lewis, Harrison, Pocahontas, and Upshur Counties. By reinforcing prevention strategies in schools, the initiative equips students with skills that reduce risky behaviors and support long-term well-being.
