Award Summary:
Funds are being used by the Resilience Collaborative, a program of the United Way of Harrison and Doddridge Counties, to strengthen its Street Outreach program in Clarksburg. The project adds licensed clinical and case management staff to provide rapid, evidence-based interventions in partnership with the Clarksburg Police Department. By expanding staff capacity and operating directly at the street level, the initiative improves access to treatment, housing, and supportive services, reducing barriers to recovery and fostering long-term stability for vulnerable community members.
