Award Summary:
Funds are being used to support JC SUPAR’s unified, multi-agency response to the opioid crisis in Jefferson County. The project expands access to Medication-Assisted Treatment, peer recovery support, mental health services, overdose prevention, and case management for high-risk populations including justice-involved individuals, pregnant women, and those re-entering from incarceration. By strengthening housing, job placement, and transportation supports, the initiative builds a more comprehensive recovery network for the community.
